工作原理
MFloC系列流量监视器可迅速并可靠地识别出电力变压器的油冷循环或者水冷循环中泵的故障情况。为了能够监控冷却液的流动情况,在冷却循环中采用一种特殊设计的桨作为流阻。如果泵在工作,则桨被旋动,并在层流和非层流流动时都能被可靠地压向挡块。借助一种专利产品磁性离合器,新的MFloC流量继电器可将桨的运动转换为指针的旋转运行。在流量继电器内部固定安装有两个转换微动开关,用来发送电信号。
